Bland, basic, overpriced tat
Customer expectations with skincare purchases have evolved. Sadly, this ‘Dr’ brand have no idea how to provide a good, polite or efficient customer service experience.
Turns out the massively over-priced and very basic ‘exclusive Dr’ formulated Decree products are in-fact private-label contract manufactured in the USA. *yawn* Rubbish.
